AgeReady is a program from the James Houston Center for Faith and Successful Aging, offering practical, interactive tools to help families plan for the challenges — and joys — of aging.

This program is for adults approaching retirement, older adults, adult children of aging parents, current and future caregivers, widows and widowers, and any family wanting to get important information organized before a crisis hits.

The program begins with an introductory meeting, followed by sessions covering four key areas: Medical, Legal/Financial, Family/Social, and Spiritual. Resources and simple tasks are provided along the way to help families stay on track.
